Running LinkedIn outreach for one client account is a different problem than running it for fifteen. Sender isolation, per-seat team management, and white-label options matter here in a way they don't for a solo user — and the tool that's the obvious pick for one account isn't automatically the right one once you're managing a roster of client accounts.
The ranking
- HeyReach — sender isolation purpose-built for running many accounts from one workspace, with pricing that gets cheaper per account as you scale.
- Linked Helper — not architected for multi-account management, but genuinely useful for agencies running one license per client account. Here's honestly why it still ranks.
- Expandi — dedicated IP per account suits managing several separate client accounts, even without a unified team dashboard.
- Skylead — the only tool here with a published White-Label plan, for agencies reselling under their own brand.
- Dripify — the only tool with real multi-team management baked into a mid-tier plan, not locked behind a custom quote.
Agency-relevant comparison
Columns here are chosen for what matters to a team managing several client accounts — not the general feature set covered on other comparison sites.
| Tool | Multi-account model | Team features | Entry price |
|---|---|---|---|
| HeyReach #1 | Sender-isolated, built for many accounts | Agency dashboard, per-sender billing | $79/sender/mo |
| Linked Helper #2 | 1 license = 1 account, no dashboard | None — run separate licenses per client | $8.25/mo per license |
| Expandi | Dedicated IP per account | None native — manage accounts separately | $99/mo (or $79 annual) |
| Skylead | Per-account, White-Label option | Agency dashboards, client hubs (White-Label) | $100/mo, White-Label custom-quoted |
| Dripify | Per-seat, one LinkedIn account per seat | Multi-team management on Advanced plan | $79/mo (Advanced, annual) |
What actually matters for agencies
Most "best for agencies" roundups just relist the same general feature comparison with an "agency" label stuck on top. We weighted this list around problems that are specific to running several client accounts, not just running one account well:
- Cross-account correlation risk. If several of your client accounts run from the same shared infrastructure and one gets flagged, does that put the others at risk too? This is the single biggest architectural question for an agency, and it's the reason HeyReach ranks first.
- Where the team boundary sits. Some tools put a real team layer around multiple accounts (assign roles, prevent duplicate outreach across reps); others just let you run more individual licenses side by side. Both are workable, but they're different operating models with different failure modes.
- Whether pricing punishes scale. A tool that's cheap for one account but charges full price per additional seat with no volume discount gets expensive fast. HeyReach's per-sender price dropping at higher tiers is a real structural advantage here.
- White-label matters for resellers. If you're running outreach under your own agency brand for clients, only Skylead on this list has a published plan built for that.
HeyReach #1 pick
Best for: agencies running five or more client LinkedIn accounts who need them structurally kept apart.
HeyReach's entire design problem is the one agencies actually have: run many LinkedIn accounts from one workspace without LinkedIn correlating them through shared infrastructure. Each connected sender's activity is isolated at the account level — the product's whole pitch is built around this, not bolted on as an afterthought. It's cloud-based, so nothing depends on a device staying on, and the dashboard is built for managing a roster, not a single account.
Linked Helper #2
Best for: small agencies or freelancers running a handful of client accounts, each on its own separate license.
For an agency with a small, stable roster — a handful of clients, not fifty — that per-account isolation plus Linked Helper's low price per license can work out cheaper and simpler than a platform built for scale you don't have yet. It stops making sense once you're managing enough accounts that tracking separate logins and licenses by hand becomes its own administrative burden.
Expandi
Best for: agencies that want dedicated-IP isolation per client account without needing a full team dashboard.
Expandi doesn't have a native multi-seat team layer, but its dedicated, country-matched IP per connected account gives each client's outreach its own consistent infrastructure fingerprint — a real form of isolation, just implemented at the account level rather than through a shared agency workspace. You manage each client account as its own Expandi connection.
Skylead
Best for: agencies reselling LinkedIn outreach under their own brand.
Skylead's standard All-in-one plan is a flat $100/month per account, but it's the only tool on this list with a published White-Label option — built specifically for agencies that want client-facing dashboards and reporting under their own name rather than Skylead's. Pricing on that tier is custom-quoted, which means you'll need an actual sales conversation to know what it costs at your scale.
Dripify
Best for: teams that want real role-based team management without a custom enterprise quote.
Dripify's Advanced plan is the one tool here with genuine multi-team management sitting behind a published, non-custom price: assigning roles, tracking team performance, and preventing duplicate outreach across reps are all included rather than gated behind a sales call. Each seat still connects one LinkedIn account, so it's a per-seat model rather than sender-isolated like HeyReach, but the team-management layer on top is more built-out than anything except a full custom Enterprise quote elsewhere.
